Linnaeus would only be available as a foster to adopt to the likely person who has experience with cats that have anxiety. It's my opinion that this boy was possibly in a abusive situation because of his anxiety if you move your hand to quickly towards him. A slow approach and he does like a gently touch. Linnaeus was rescued from the e-list. He is approx 1-3 years old.
